The APS400 is a single pressure port, the APS240 is a dual pressure port and the APS600 is a pass through piezo resistive permanent downhole gauge that measures pressure and temperature. Standard pressures are 1,000, 6,000, 10,000 PSIA. The transducers are designed for 150°C operating temperatures and are available in 316L Stainless (standard), Duplex 2205 and other custom metals upon request.
The APS400/APS420/APs600 are calibrated over the full operating temperature range and have a full-scale pressure error of 0.2% and a resolution of 0.3 PSIA. The temperature error is 0.25°C with a resolution of .01°C.
The APS400/APS420/APS600 are ideal for slim applications as the OD is 0.75″ and the overall length with the cable head is 21″. The standard pressure ports for the APS400/APS420 are 1/8″ FNPT but an optional C375C compression port and ¼” FNPT are available. The standard TEC cable head is 1/4″ but 4mm and 1/8″ are available options.

The ASR200/ASR240 are the surface readouts unit for the APS400 Series. The 16 -digit alphanumeric display alternates pressure, temperature, and accelerometer readings (optional). The unit operates on 10.8 to 26.4 VDC. The ASR200 is the single channel, the ASR240 is 4 channels. The ASR200I and the ASR240I are optically isolated versions (IPC-2221) for variable speed drives and electrically noisy environments.
